Personal Training

In 2007 I made one of the best decisions of my life. I became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). I love what I do! It is rewarding to see clients reach their goals, and increase strength, improve posture or balance. I enjoy hearing their stories of success and how it impacts their daily lives and functional activities. Since I am also a modern dancer, I feel like I m creating choreography for each individual and bring emphasis on form. I have been increasing my knowledge of the 60+ and clients with Parkinson’s Disease.

I love training clients at Form and Fitness in Mequon, because it is friendly and professional.

Here’s what people say…

“Susanne has worked us hard during our weekly 30 minute sessions, but she’s been very fair in not overdoing our workouts. She understands our personal goals (both stated and unstated) and is knowledgeable about our issues with Parkinson’s disease. We are at Form & Fitness thanks to a recommendation from a friend, and we have already passed along similar recommendations to others.”

“It is hard to believe that a year ago today (7-10-15) I started my journey at Form and Fitness. A year ago I knew that I needed help, but was afraid and not sure if I could really do it. You have been so wonderful, every step of the way. Thanks for cheering me on during this journey and listening to my concerns along the way. Thanks for explaining physical things and processes to me so that I can understand them. Thank you for helping me learn about my physical being – it has been a profound and life changing process. Thanks!”
